Business Process Management (BPM) is an organizational approach aimed at optimizing, automating, and continuously improving processes within a company. It involves identifying, modeling, analyzing, implementing, monitoring, and improving business processes to achieve, among other things, greater operational efficiency, compliance with standards and legal acts, better service quality, and higher customer satisfaction. In addition to designing architecture, our team of consultants analyzes and maps processes, advising on their optimization and reorganization. It also conducts audits of process efficiency and compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO, NIS2).
