For over 20 years, he has been delivering projects focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational operations and the management systems that support them. He built his expertise at IDS Scheer Poland and Software AG Poland, leading companies providing solutions in the area of enterprise architecture management, spanning strategy, processes, resources, and IT systems.

Since 2012, he has been the co-founder and managing partner at ATERIS SA, where he develops a team of experts and creates tools that support clients in making well-informed decisions, both in projects and in everyday management. His approach centers on organizational goals and motivations, enabling the creation of a comprehensive knowledge repository about how the company operates – an enterprise architecture tailored to the needs of all stakeholders.

As a leader, he prioritizes collaboration, transparency, and team development, believing that true organizational success depends not only on processes and systems, but above all on the people who create them.

For over 20 years, he has specialized in process-oriented management and enterprise architecture. As an advocate of ARIS tools in Poland, he has contributed to their implementation in many of the country’s largest companies and institutions.

He currently serves as the Commercial Director at ATERIS SA, combining managerial expertise with a deep understanding of technology. He supports clients in digital transformation, business process optimization, and the implementation of solutions that help them make informed decisions in day-to-day management.

As the leader of the sales team, he focuses on collaboration, employee development, and building strong relationships, both within the company and with clients. He believes that business success comes not only from well-designed processes, but above all from the people who bring them to life.

For over 25 years, he has combined project experience with a passion for creating solutions based on business processes. He gained his expertise at IDS, then at SAG, and currently at ATERIS. He is a certified Project Manager (Prince2 Practitioner) with extensive experience in project management and solution development for clients.

For several years, he served as a Product Owner in the area of solutions supporting process controlling, today known as process mining. As a project manager or team member, he has participated in the delivery of more than 100 projects across various industries, from energy and fuel, through retail, to the education sector.

Today, he ensures that the company’s products and services are delivered efficiently and aligned with its mission: to be the preferred business partner in organizational architecture and business process management.

In addition to his managerial role, he leads projects, workshops, and training sessions, and advises clients on building organizational ecosystems tailored to their needs. He values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ambitious challenges that inspire continuous growth.
