What is ARIS Flows?

ARIS Flows is a new feature in the ARIS platform that allows you to easily create and automate process flows without the need for programming. The tool is designed for business users who want to manage processes themselves, without involving IT teams.

Key features:

  • Building workflows without coding – A simple and intuitive graphical interface allows users to independently create process logic, e.g., document approval, task transfer, or responding to specific events. Everything takes place in the browser without the need to write code.

  • Integration with the ARIS ecosystem – ARIS Flows works as part of a larger set of process management tools, allowing not only for process design, but also analysis, optimization, and documentation. ARIS Flow integrates with:
    o ARIS Risk & Compliance,
    o ARIS Simulation, and Task Mining.
    o ARIS Process Intelligence,

  • Supported by artificial intelligence (AI Companion) – the tool uses AI to suggest solutions, recommend actions, and even automatically create flows based on natural language descriptions.

Current status

As of today, ARIS Flows is available in a beta version and accessible to selected users. Full implementation of this feature is planned for the second half of 2025.
